Mobile phones usually use NOR Flash memory due to high-speed data access essential in communication. Designers of fusion memory seek to combine both strengths in one semiconductor to maximize efficiency. DOC H3 will have both NAND Flash (which is capable of higher integration) and a controller with S RAM installed in a single package.
